Banana Cream Root Beer Cake




1 package white cake mix
1 1/4 cups root beer
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil


In mixing bowl,combine the first four ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into a 13 x 9 in baking pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool then mix a small package of pudding mix and put it over the cake then bananas on top of that. Then a tub of cool whip.

  1. That cake looks so good. I am sure it is delicious too. I love the idea of using root beer. I am going to make it for Sunday dinner when I get back from Italy, I know everyone will love it. Love you:)
